BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH REAN BROW SHOP YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
CLIENT SAFETY GUIDELINES:
- Watch for symptoms: If you are feeling unwell, and/or are showing any cold/flu-like symptoms, have been around someone exhibiting symptoms, and/or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment.
- No additional guests and limit belongings: To limit the number of people in the studio, no guest(s) will be allowed during your appointment. Limit belongings to your necessities (I.e. phone, keys, wallet etc.).
- In addition, Rean Brow Shop will continue implementing regular infection control protocols to ensure and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and safety at the studio.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is unable to follow the protocols listed.
Booking Policies & Conditions:
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH REAN BROW SHOP YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
A nonrefundable deposit is required in order to confirm your appointment and it will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure. Please ensure that you are available to attend your appointment as all initial bookings are final and cannot be rescheduled. Cancellations for any reason at the request of the client will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit. All transactions are subject to 13% HST tax. Please note that all deposits are non- refundable.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
If you are planning to get pregnant in the near future or have any of the contraindications listed, it is best not to book an appointment until you consult with your doctor. If you are unsure feel free to get in touch by emailing Info@reanbrowshop.com
- COVID-19 positive or have been in contact with someone who has been tested positive
- You are feeling unwell with a flu or cold like symptoms
- Under the age of 18
- Pregnant or nursing
- Uncontrolled Diabetes
- Bleeding disorders (hemophilia) or have trouble clotting
- Undergoing chemotherapy or have skin cancer
- On-going viral infections and/or diseases
- Epilepsy
- A pace maker or major heart problems
- Had a organ, knee or hip transplant
- Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (i.e. rashes, sunburn, acne, open wounds, lesions etc.)
- Skin allergies/sensitivities to tattoo ink, make up, hair dye, numbing creams
- History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring
- Have used Accutane (isotretinion) within the past 12 months
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit for initial appointments will be forfeited if the client does not show up to their appointment or cancels. A new deposit will be required to re-book.
RESCHEDULING POLICY FOR INTIAL APPOINTMENTS:
You are able to reschedule your initial appointment 1x without penalty and this must be requested 7 days before your appointment. Any reschedule more than 1x and/or requested less than 7 days from the appointment date will be subject to a $60 + tax rescheduling fee.
RESCHEDULING FEE FOR TOUCH-UPS:
If you request to change your touch-up appointment to another day there is a rescheduling fee of $60 + taxes.
LATE POLICY:
Please contact us if you will be arriving late. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in forfeit of the deposit and cancellation of your appointment as to not disrupt the next clients appointment time. Please allocate enough time for travel and take into consideration of rush hour periods, traffic, and parking. If your appointment is cancelled you will be required to pay a rescheduling fee of $60 + taxes to secure another spot.
COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP:
One complimentary touch up is included in the initial brow or eyeliner package. The appointment date for the complimentary touch up must be within 8 weeks from the initial appointment. It is the clients responsibility to schedule the touch up within the time frame. If the touch up is not scheduled within the 8 week period you will forfeit your right to a complimentary 1st touch up. Any additional appointments required will be charged accordingly.
SECOND TOUCH UP:
There is an option for a second touch up which is $90 + taxes. This option must be booked within 8 weeks from the last visit. Any time period over that will be considered a 6 month touch up.
PRE EXISTING TATTOO:
If you have a pre existing tattoo it would be considered an Initial Correction Brow Appointment. Prior to booking, please send clear photos of your brows (straight on and from the sides) to Info@reanbrowshop.com to ensure that I am able to to work on them.
PRE APPOINTMENT CARE:
Not adhering to the pre-care instructions may impact the healed results.
- No alcohol consumption or marijuana use 24 hours before the procedure.
- Avoid caffeine the day of the procedure.
- Avoid extreme sun exposure and tanning 3 weeks prior to the procedure.
- Avoid chemical peels, laser facials or any invasive procedure 3 weeks prior to the procedure.
- Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 24 hours before procedure. Tylenol is okay.
- Must be off Accutane (Isotrentonin) for a minimum of 12 months.
- Discontinue the use of any exfoliating products around the procedure area 3 weeks prior to your appointment
- No Botox around the procedure area 3 weeks prior.
ADDITIONAL PRE CARE FOR EYELINER PROCEDURE
- No eyelash perm and tinting 4 weeks prior to the eyeliner procedure.
- Eyelash extensions must be removed prior to the eyeliner procedure..
- Discontinue the use of lash enhancing products such as latisse and eye envy 4 weeks prior to your eyeliner procedure.
- If you wear contacts, please bring contacts container, contact solution, and glasses to your appointment.
- Please Note: You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
RESULTS:
Healed results vary as each person's skin and body is unique and will retain pigment differently. After care instructions are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is no guarantee made as we have no control over what happens during the healing process. Some clients may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired look and will be charged accordingly. Rean Brow shop strives to achieve the best possible results, creating long lasting semi-permanent tattoos that each client will come to love for years.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Deposits can be made with any major credit cards through the online booking page. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by cash or any major credit cards. Debit cards are not accepted. There is no refund on any services once completed. Rates are subject to change without notice.
